What does it take to make it to the next level? With hard work through functional training. Every successful athlete had help along the way, whether it be with Michael Jordan’s jump shot, Magic Johnson’s dribbling ability or Paul Pierces’ off the ball footwork, athletes receive counsel along the way to help them progress in their sport.

As a young kid this might be hard to see right away but trust me, as a former basketball professional, it takes time in the gym to hone your skills (dribbling, passing, shooting or conditioning for example) to be successful when it matters, on the court.
